Executive Assistant
to support a Principal whose influence spans global business, investment, philanthropy, and public initiatives. This is not a standard corporate role; it is a high-responsibility position based out of the Principal's home office, requiring a blend of sophisticated executive support and hands‑on household coordination. Working alongside an existing EA, you will act as a trusted gatekeeper and operational engine, managing a fast‑moving ecosystem with precision, poise, and absolute discretion.
Core Responsibilities Executive & Operational Support
Complex Logistics:
Manage a frequently shifting calendar across multiple time zones and coordinate intricate travel itineraries (air, lodging, ground) with real‑time updates.
High-Level Liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact for board members, senior executives, family office professionals, and external stakeholders.
Project Tracking:
Distill complex priorities into actionable items, ensuring all deadlines and follow-ups are met with consistency.
Materials Prep:
Produce high‑quality summaries, meeting materials, and digital organization to keep the Principal briefed and prepared.
Home Office & Household Coordination
On‑Site Presence:
Deliver seamless administrative support from the home office, including managing physical files, mail, deliveries, and errands.
Residence Oversight:
Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and building management for maintenance, repairs, and property‑related meetings.
Property Logistics:
Facilitate pre‑arrival and post‑departure checklists for the Principal to ensure residential operations are flawless.
Personal Logistics:
Manage clothing returns, household inventories, and organizational projects within the home.
Technology & Digital Continuity
Tech Support:
Serve as the first line of defense for the Principal’s technology (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, iCloud), performing basic troubleshooting and liaising with IT for deeper technical needs.
The Ideal Profile
Experience:
8+ years supporting C‑suite executives, founders, or UHNW individuals. Experience in top‑tier finance, law, or family offices is highly preferred.
Discretion:
You have a proven track record of handling sensitive, confidential information with the utmost integrity.
Tech Savvy:
High fluency in modern productivity tools (Zoom, iCloud, G‑Suite) and a comfort level troubleshooting devices.
Temperament:
