About the Role We're looking for an experienced
SEO & LLM Optimization Specialist
to drive AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization) strategies that improve discoverability, engagement, and sign-ups across Odoo’s global web presence.
You will play a key role in shaping our web strategy, with a focus on visibility in both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. This position is ideal for someone who blends technical curiosity with a data-informed mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Interview Process

Responsibilities
Support Odoo’s AEO and LLMO performance through research, optimization strategies, and collaboration across teams
Optimize for visibility across AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
Work with Product, Design, and Marketing to improve the website experience from first touchpoint to conversion
Conduct keyword research and intent analysis for both self-serve and sales-assisted funnels
Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Sheets to evaluate performance and guide recommendations
Run experiments to test improvements in rankings, traffic quality, and user engagement
Stay current on trends in SEO, AI workflows, and digital discovery
Create clear and concise reports to communicate insights and results
Must-Have
1+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with recent work focused on AEO and LLMO strategies
Strong understanding of user intent and how to optimize content for both people and AI systems
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable results
High proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and web analytics tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or Writing
Familiarity with AI-powered search and generative platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) environments or SaaS web strategy
French and/or Spanish language skills
Experience with CRO or content strategy
