
Moore Digital Print & Mail Center in Tulsa is seeking an experienced
Marketing Account Executive
to join our growing team. This role manages client relationships and oversees the development of multi-channel marketing and fundraising campaigns from concept through completion.
You’ll work closely with our Account Director and internal teams—creative, data, production, and client services—to ensure all campaigns meet client goals, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Job Summary The Account Executive plays a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns that help our clients connect with their audience through print, digital, and direct mail. This position requires strong communication skills, an understanding of creative design and production workflows, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously from concept through completion.
Supervisory Responsibilities None
Duties/Responsibilities
Be the primary lead throughout the entire life cycle of the sales process, including both customer‑facing and internal activities
Maintain consistent, high‑quality deal qualification and opportunity management
Develop and implement strategies to maintain and/or expand programs for assigned clients.
Create and execute a territory business success plan; to maximize revenue generated, overachieve quota, and create lifelong customer relationships
Be accountable to measures and metrics including successful overachievement of sales quotas and goals, sales pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, etc.
Successfully and consistently manage multiple opportunities with varying complexities from start to finish.
Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
Prepare, implement, and maintain a mail plan for each account to identify what short and long‑term goals need to be met and how to meet them.
Interface with the client to understand the client's overall objectives and requirements
Contact clients on a regular basis to maintain the account relationship
Serve as point of escalation for issues or activities that the client encounters and expedite the resolution of client problems/complaints
Develop short‑term strategic plans designed to ensure client satisfaction by identifying customer issues and offering creative and timely solutions to those issues
Develop and implement new and innovative approaches to provide, expand or improve current practices
Develop long‑term strategic plans designed to assure account retention, continued account success and realistic program expansion.
Sustains knowledge of current postal regulations and print technologies.
Utilizes internal proprietary software for data related reports.
Maintains communication with all key contacts throughout the process
Open, clear, and timely communication with Team regarding client conversations and goals.
Keeping up‑to‑date technically and applying new knowledge to position.
Performing day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
5+ years of outside enterprise sales experience preferred
Digital Marketing sales experience, and experience with relevant Marketing technology a plus
Proven track record of sales excellence working as an Individual Contributor and working in a team environment
Ability to work independently & as part of a team in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Superior professional presence and business acumen
Ability to be extremely effective via online meetings, and conference calls
Passion for working with Nonprofit organizations
Ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
3+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or fundraising—preferably within an agency or direct mail environment a plus.
Strong understanding of direct response marketing and campaign management desired.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client service skills desired.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management or CRM tools preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 25lbs
Able to travel when needed
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, mouse use, and handling creative materials.
Ability to clearly see and evaluate design details, color accuracy, and proof both on‑screen and in print.
May occasionally be required to lift, carry, or move items such as campaign samples, printed proofs, or marketing materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.
