Within this team the Global Sales Finance team acts as the financial business partner and advisor to the Global Sales Leadership team. The Global Sales Finance team creates state of the art financial analysis and transparency towards Senior Leadership and supports markets in using standardized capabilities.
The Manager Sales Finance – Cross channel acts as a financial business partner across multiple sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, Digital), enabling fact-based decision-making and driving profitability and growth. The role ensures transparency on business performance, supports strategic initiatives, and harmonizes processes across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Create transparency in business performance and profitability across all channels (Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, Digital)
Support the identification of opportunities and risks, derive solutions and facilitate related decisions
Prepare adequate communication packages for senior leadership, summarizing financial results, risks, and opportunities
Drive and ensure solid reporting set up in dynamic environment, ensuring legalities and confidentiality requirements are met
Ensure that cross channel standardized reporting and ad hoc analysis is consistent with the Corporate FP&A team
Coordinate financial deep dives across the Sales Finance team. Ensure an aligned approach, facilitate the process and make sure timelines are met.
Support the Sr. Director Sales Finance and the Sales Finance sub-teams on ad hoc requests across channels as well as specific channel/ OOH deep dives, specific analysis or reporting
Support audits and internal reviews related to cross-channel financial activities.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems.
