The Role We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage the Charlotte territory. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling within the multifamily market.
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday with flexibility to support client meetings, networking events, and association functions Compensation: Base salary + commission What You’ll Be Responsible For
Proactively prospect and develop new multifamily relationships
Build and protect a strong book of business over time
Become a trusted advisor through product, service, and market expertise
Conduct site visits, take field measurements, and prepare per-unit proposals
Present solutions, overcome objections, and close new business
Maintain accurate CRM activity and manage a healthy pipeline
Partner with Customer Care and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience
Participate in Apartment Association events and industry networking

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in outside or B2B sales (multifamily preferred, not required)
Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
A builder’s mindset with a consistent work ethic
Comfortable using CRM tools and technology
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Preferred, Not Required:
Multifamily or property management experience
Flooring or construction‑related sales experience
