Position Overview This role is responsible for driving clear, consistent, and actionable communication to the sales team. This role serves as the voice of the field, ensuring that new initiatives, campaigns, product updates, and changes to the tech stack are translated into practical guidance that reps can immediately activate on.
Work Arrangement This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three to four days in the office at our Schaumburg, IL location, and one to two days remote per week. The in-office days are subject to business needs. Candidates must be able to commute to the office as required. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities Field Communication & Activation
Deliver clear, concise, and actionable weekly communication.
Develop and maintain standardized communication templates.
Lead virtual and in-person kickoff sessions.
Ensure communication aligns to field workflows.
Initiative Activation & Reinforcement
Translate corporate initiatives into field-ready activation plans.
Reinforce existing programs and campaigns.
Partner with Sales Training to support reinforcement moments.
Field Engagement & Feedback
Conduct roundtables, meetings, 1:1s, and QBR touchpoints.
Identify pain points and elevate trends.
Partner with sales leaders to ensure clarity and consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Marketing for launch readiness.
Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Ops on process updates.
Coordinate with instructional design to align content.
Performance Tracking
Monitor activation and adoption metrics.
Provide monthly insights and recommendations.
Education and Experience
5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Field Marketing, or Sales
3+ days in the Schaumburg, IL office
Experience with a Sales Tech Stack (i.e. Salesforce, Salesloft, Highspot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at a rapid pace
Strong platform and communication skills
Experience driving adoption of programs/tools

The base pay range for this position is $77,000 - $122,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
