Our dealer network plays a critical role in our success, and we’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to help strengthen and support those relationships
Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative will primarily support Troxus dealers by managing inbound inquiries and proactively engaging in outbound communication. This role blends sales, account support, and customer service, requiring strong relationship-building skills, e-bike product knowledge, and comfort working in a CRM-driven environment.
Key Responsibilites
Serve as a primary point of contact for Troxus dealers via phone and email.
Handle inbound dealer inquiries related to orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, warranties, and product information.
Proactively reach out to dealers through outbound calls and emails to provide support, follow up on open items, and strengthen relationships.
Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities, promoting products and programs, and assisting with order placement.
Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and activities in Zendesk or other CRM platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, marketing) to ensure dealer needs are addressed efficiently.
Follow established sales and support processes while contributing to continuous improvement.
Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or a related sales role (required)
Experience working with bicycle, e-bike, or similar technical products prefered
Familiarity with Zendesk Help Desk or other CRM platforms
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, organized, and manage multiple dealer accounts or conversations simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach to sales
Ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:0PM
