This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Columbia, MO. The Inside Sales Representative will handle customer communications, process orders, and provide support to meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining client relationships, managing inquiries, and assisting customers with product knowledge. The role plays an integral part in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service. Qualifications
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills Sales, upselling, and lead generation expertise Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with an emphasis on active listening and presenting solutions Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage order processing and ensure customer satisfaction Basic knowledge of millwork, construction materials, or related industries is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and computer literacy Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields are a plus
