You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent reporting, operational efficiency, and clear insights from data across our CRM & Business Intelligence tools.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring Zappi’s booking & revenue data tells a clear story that leadership can act on. Success in this role means maintaining trustworthy reports, surfacing meaningful insights, and helping GTM teams make fast, informed, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Business insights and analysis

Audit and clean data to ensure reliability for reporting and decision-making
Build and update dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams to define data standards and ensure alignment
3. Operational enablement
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline reporting processes
Help optimize GTM workflows and documentation for scalability
Support continuous improvement of dashboards and analytics tools
What we’re looking for:
1-3 years of experience in analytics (Business analysis, Financial analysis, or Revenue operations)
