
Piping Foreman – Industrial / Mechanical
We are seeking an experienced
Piping Foreman
to lead piping crews on industrial and mechanical projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands‑on leadership, and an unwavering commitment to
job site safety . Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate piping craft personnel in the field Plan and execute work using drawings, specifications, and scope documents Oversee installation of
steam and condensate systems ,
carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper piping , including
soldering and brazing Coordinate
AHU tie‑ins
and stainless steel piping connections Lead daily work planning, crew layout, and productivity tracking Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and drawings are available when needed Enforce safety programs and maintain compliance with
OSHA, ASME, and ANSI codes Work closely with the Superintendent and project team to meet schedule and quality goals Mentor and develop craft employees Qualifications
5+ years
experience as a Piping Foreman on industrial or mechanical projects Strong knowledge of steam/condensate piping and multiple pipe materials Proven leadership and crew management skills Solid understanding of construction sequencing and safety practices OSHA 30
preferred Basic proficiency with
