Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced
Regional Director of Quality Assurance
to support and elevate clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across our Mid-Atlantic region. This is a high-impact leadership role for a clinically driven professional who thrives in a consultative, data-driven environment and knows how to partner with facility leadership to drive sustainable outcomes.
About the Role The Regional Director of Quality Assurance works closely with facility teams, regional leadership, and Complete Care’s National Quality Team to proactively identify regulatory risk, strengthen QAPI programs, and improve quality metrics across assigned centers. This role is hands‑on, highly visible, and travel-based, supporting approximately
15 facilities .
Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive quality assurance reviews and mock surveys to identify regulatory gaps prior to state and federal surveys
Evaluate documentation practices, infection control, care planning, staff training, and resident care delivery
Partner with facility and regional leadership to develop and monitor corrective action plans
Track and analyze quality measures, CMS Star Ratings, survey outcomes, and rehospitalization trends
Provide guidance during surveys, attend survey exits as directed, and support revisits and Plans of Correction
Review incidents, investigations, and at-risk events; recommend system-level improvements
Support and strengthen facility QAPI programs using data-driven strategies
Stay current on federal and state regulations and communicate regulatory updates to leadership teams
Collaborate with National Quality, Clinical Services, Risk, and Operations teams
Participate in regional and company meetings, trainings, and industry conferences as needed
Qualifications
Active RN license (or eligible for licensure) in one or more states within the region
Strong knowledge of federal and state SNF regulations and survey processes
Proven experience in Quality Assurance, QAPI, or regulatory compliance within skilled nursing or post-acute care
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-facility environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking tools
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
