Business Development Associate
Job Duties include but are not limited to: Support and drive end-to-end diligence across multiple active transactions. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including legal, financial, tax, HR, operations, and integration with Director of Strategic Operations. Work with Chief Financial Officer Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses and synthesize key financial diligence insights. Maintain deal trackers, timelines, and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment. Lead regular check-ins, facilitate clear communication, and drive accountability among stakeholders. Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and refine diligence processes for continuous improvement. What You Bring
3–7 years of experience in project management, corporate development, consulting, transaction services, or a related field. Direct experience with Quality of Earnings (QoE) or financial diligence engagements. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, fast-moving workstreams. Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build effective working relationships. A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
