The Sr. Director Marketing Capabilities is responsible for leading the team in providing marketing resources to support key customer growth initiatives. These resources consist of three areas of responsibility: customer marketing (inclusive of digital marketing), myCoke B2B ordering platform, and graphic design. The Sr. Director is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for each of these four areas, creating clear accountabilities, standardized service level agreements and standardized ROI analyses for each. Duties & Responsibilities

Develops CCCI's customer marketing strategy with an extensive focus on core customers led by Consolidated. Leads customer marketing team in the establishment of process that enables implementation of customer marketing strategies across assigned customer base. Works collaboratively with corporate partner customer marketing leadership to understand brand-centric communication strategies while incorporating them into customer marketing campaigns. Leads customer marketing team in the incorporation of customer marketing strategy into the customer joint business planning process. The process establishes mutual objectives leading to the establishment of KPIs that accomplish both customer and CCCI commercial objectives. Develops CCCI's digital customer marketing investment strategy inclusive of retailer media network investments. Collaborates with customer and RGM leadership on the development of an effective ROI analysis that drives a positive outcome for both customer growth and brand marketing impact. Serves as CCCI's marketing lead on the myCoke digital capabilities council. Provides recommendations on myCoke capabilities that enhance the user experience and drive incremental sales through the digital platform. Influences corporate partners and other council members on prioritization of enhancements and capability development. Leads CCCI's myCoke marketing strategy - translates CCCI's channel commercialization strategies into customer-facing B2B marketing campaigns that drive successful implementation of CCCI channel commercialization strategies through the digital platform. Leads CCCI's Graphic Design Team. Works collaboratively with corporate partners to understand brand-centric design and trademark guidelines. Combines brand-centric guidelines with channel and customer-centric guidelines. Develops process for project requests that aligns with capacity and prioritization expectations while establishing effective department SLAs. Collaborate with cross-department leadership (customer, procurement) to establish mutual accountabilities and deliverables. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Leadership - Ability to lead and motivate an entire department across various marketing capabilities while establishing credibility with customer teams, corporate partners and other bottlers. Strategic Thinking - Ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives, anticipate and understand market trends and establish a long-term vision for success. Presentation Skills - Ability to create and communicate a definitive message through both verbal and written mediums. Ability to tell a story to a target audience in a clear, concise and effective manner. Data Driven Decision Making - Ability to review a wide array of data analytics and organize the inputs to arrive at a specific conclusion or objective. Digital Marketing Expertise - Proven experience in digital marketing capability to include both B2B and B2C marketing strategies and campaigns. Ability to develop campaigns that effectively reach the target audience with influential content and messaging. Project Management Skills - Ability to balance a wide array of projects and meet key timelines while following established process for brand and legal approvals. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (4 years) Knowledge acquired through 7 or more years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar applicable field Work Environment
