About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Capital Markets and Fundraising to join their Investments team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading fund and project-level fundraising, developing and managing relationships with a wide range of partners and funds, and structuring and executing various types of fundraises and investments. This role is pivotal in representing the company globally and requires the ability to create and deliver presentations and pitch decks for different stakeholders. The Vice President will also be involved in coordinating fund structuring, tax equity, leverage, and project finance strategies, as well as leading negotiations on term sheets and other agreements.
Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 8 years' experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the renewable energy industry. Key requirements include experience in PE, Infra PE, or PF, a proven track record of closing fundraises or large equity rounds, and a strong understanding of infrastructure fund structures, renewable project economics, and risk allocation. The role demands a professional with the ability to work across cultures and who is adept at leading negotiations and managing complex financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be a senior professional with the necessary skills to support the company's global operations and growth in the renewable energy sector.
