As a Client Account Associate, you will complete structured training focused on community engagement and client understanding while working with residents on behalf of Verizon. By listening to customers and learning what matters most to them, the Client Account Associate will be able to highlight relevant Verizon services in ways that build lasting relationships.

Maintain client accounts with organized records and timely updates in Verizon’s sales system. Meet households directly, presenting Verizon 5G Home Internet as a reliable solution. Assist customers with billing, enrollment, and account changes to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate appointments between residents and Verizon consultants for efficient service. Monitor account progress, reporting retention and growth opportunities to leadership. Build lasting relationships through follow‑ups, reinforcing Verizon’s value in the community.
