Field Marketing Agent Part Time - WEEKENDS ONLY Compensation Training Rate: (First 30 Days): $20/hour vs. commission (whichever is higher) Rate after 30 Days: $17.00/hour + uncapped commission Job Summary: The Field Marketing Agent will work as the primary representative, engaging with the public and inviting them to attend Vacation Ownership Presentations. The main responsibility of this role is to promote Exploria Resorts. You will encourage vacationers to visit our resort by offering them incentives and discounted tickets to nearby attractions. Responsibilities and Duties Represent Exploria Resorts at malls, events, sports games, festivals, and other pop-up locations in Hudson Valley, Middletowm, Woodburry areas Engage with vacationers and offer them exclusive incentives to attend a vacation ownership presentation Create memorable experiences while boosting sign-ups for resort previews and discounted attraction tickets Be part of a fun, high-energy team that loves working with people Ensure we meet our goals for production, sales, and monthly budget targets All other duties assigned by management Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills 1+ Years of experience in sales, marketing, or commission-driven roles A people person with a big personality and positive energy Comfortable talking to new people and handling objections with confidence Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays required) Reliable transportation for traveling to events Able to use sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
