Aloha~ The major function of this position is: The Golf & Tennis Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for fostering partnerships with key clients and tournament organizers within the golf/tennis division. The Golf & Tennis Senior Sales Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the future growth of the golf business by developing high-value client relationships, expanding market reach, and executing events. Total Compensation: 70k - 110k Essential functions: Developing, maintaining, and growing partnerships with tournament organizers and golf sponsors in order to sell Pro Am Tournament business and gifting opportunities on the following Professional Tours and beyond. PGA Tour Korn Ferry Tour Champions Tour LPGA Tour Epson Tour USTA Searching, sourcing, capturing, and following up with all gifting leads specific to Tour business. Selling and executing Maui Jim tournament gifting business. Developing, cultivating, and growing business relationships with key decision makers within professional tours and individual tournament organizations. Event execution: Executing Maui Jim fittings at said Tour events. Participating in Golf Consumer Event sales when needed. Participating in Maui Jim fitting activations to assist Field Specialist. As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position: Minimum of 35 years of sales experience Minimum of 35 years of experience within the golf industry Listed below are the skills preferred for this position: Aloha spirit Organizational skills Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication Relationship building Superior communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging at the highest levels of client organizations Strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to balance tactical execution with long-term growth initiatives Adaptability Time management Golf etiquette and golf business cultural awareness Ability to travel 60% of the time Work Shift: Special Language Requirement (If Applicable): Salary is only one component of total compensation at Maui Jim!
