Established in 1912, the Jewish Home of CNY evolved from a small rooming house in downtown Syracuse to become the 36-acre campus in DeWitt known as Menorah Park. Responsibilities: Locate prospective residents for a Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Short Term/Long Term Care Facility Provide marketing information about Menorah Park Campus. Contact potential residents Provide initial information Make appointments to visit campus Conduct tours Follow up calls to potential residents, care givers and/or family member Requirements: Strong Sales background Knowledgeable about the Menorah Park Campus Ability to network Negotiation skills Friendly and personable Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Ability to meet sales goals Able to use various sites to build relationships with local hospitals, health care providers, doctor's offices, etc. Track and analyze all efforts Education: Associate's required, Bachelor's preferred in Sales and/or Marketing Job Type:
