Luxury Auto Dealer Sales Consultant
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-oriented Luxury Auto Dealer Sales Consultant to join our teams at both Camargo Cadillac and Cincinnati Cadillac - Joseph Group. This is a full-time sales job that offers compensation ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, paid monthly. This position requires sales and customer service experience in the auto industry. Compensation & Benefits: Commission sales with potential to earn $80,000-$120,000 per year. On-site training program. Paid vacation time. Medical, dental, and vision benefits. 401(k). Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions with the highest level of customer service. Assist in navigating customers to the best automotive solutions and building customer loyalty. Research relevant information (e.g. vehicle features, financing options, warranties, etc.) to inform customers about product options. Develop relationships with customers and close sales with each visit. Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of new and existing inventory features. Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction. Maintain detailed customer records. Requirements: Automotive sales experience in a luxury dealership preferred or relevant sales/customer service. A successful track record of exceeding sales goals. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to think critically and problem-solve. A friendly, upbeat, and confident personality. Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems.
