
Order Management Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused customer service representative to manage order logistics and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role involves coordinating order processing, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and logistics inquiries. Process and manage customer orders accurately in the system. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Monitor and track shipments; proactively communicate updates or delays to customers. Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and resolutions. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels. Collaborate with internal departments to improve order flow and customer satisfaction. Essential Skills: Customer service Order entry SAP ERP system Order processing Strong communication skills 3+ years in a customer-facing role Additional Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 13 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or order management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Work Environment: This role is fully onsite in New Berlin. The office space features an open concept design where each team has designated areas of work. The work environment is business casual, allowing jeans without holes. Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
