Account Executive

The Account Executive will help lead the agency's day-to-day efforts with key clients and the account staff. In addition, the Account Executive will serve as a partner in a cross-functional team to execute various client projects. The ideal candidate must work well with different agency departments, motivating and providing guidance to the creative, production, and project management teams. Must be willing to work Pacific Standard time. The Role: Establish and build relationships internally and with junior and mid-level clients. Lead multiple projects under the supervision of an account supervisor. Understand how and when to bring leadership along at appropriate milestones. Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners. Assist the Account team with a dynamic workload. Maintain familiarity with and a broad knowledge of the client's business and competition in order to contribute to campaign planning and implementation. Stay current on the client's brands, products, or services in an ever-changing marketplace. Maintain a working knowledge of agency administrative policies and routines. Participate in client service and satisfaction. Be highly organized and able to multitask projects at various stages. Troubleshoot and problem-solve, as appropriate. Must Have: Minimum two years of agency experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills. Desire to maintain and continually improve professional knowledge base. A strong interest in advertising, and a motivation to build career skills and knowledge. Flexibility to change course of action, when appropriate or necessary. Ability to work well with a wide range of people at various levels, both internally and externally. Nice to Have: Experience managing digital and traditional media projects is preferred, not mandatory.
