Sell2Nelson is looking for an Acquisition BDC Rep to join our team! Our BDC representatives are responsible for communicating effectively with customers and employees to ensure the best possible consumer experience with a customer's first interaction with our team. We are looking for candidates with a great work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism. Hourly rate is based on experience! Qualifications
Valid driver's license Professional personal appearance Desire to have a positive attitude in a work environment Integrity to hold a high standard of transparency and honesty All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment screening (includes background check and drug screen) Job Responsibilities
Responsible for lead generation activities. Answer all incoming inquiries on inventory and schedule appointments. Schedule follow-up if no appointment is made. Contact current client base and schedule appointments. Utilize all the tools given to you for effective follow up, communication, and production. Strong computer skills Route calls efficiently to the correct departments and extensions. Enhance the customer experience in line with the Nelson Difference.
