from vehicle selection to test drives, financing, and paperwork Delivering professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles Using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and follow up with customers Educating customers on all the benefits of buying from Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC Presenting deal structures and optional finance products Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Staying up-to-date on vehicle products, features, and accessories through ongoing training Representing our dealership with professionalism and pride What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or automotive sales (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in Spanish?
