Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative (English/Spanish)

We are seeking to add a bilingual automotive sales representative to our growing team. This position is ideal for career-minded individuals looking for a long-term opportunity within a family-owned dealership that values professionalism, performance, and people. Fluency in English and Spanish (required)

13 years of automotive sales or general sales experience preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and attention to detail

Solutions-based mindset

Willingness and ability to follow a proven sales process

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history

Team-oriented, career-focused attitude

Sales Representative Responsibilities

Assist customers in purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles

Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing

Follow up with unsold prospects to increase sales opportunities

Build consistent repeat and referral business

Provide high-level customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
