Trillium has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative in Miami, FL! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment! Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and grow your territory Position reports directly to the Branch/Sales Manager Meet and exceed your Branch/Sales Manager's expectations Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Miami branch office Compensation: $50-55,000 annual base salary + monthly commission + quarterly bonus Guaranteed commission between $833-1,250 for the first 6 months Quarterly bonus potential of $1,500+ Total annual compensation averages $60-90,000 Company Perks: Company car Gas card Phone Laptop Excellent benefits package including insurance, PTO, profit sharing, and 401K Qualifications: Prior sales experience is a plus, but open to considering entry-level and new graduate candidates as well Mechanically inclined to learn about industrial capital equipment Must have a current/valid driver's license with a clean record Trillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
