As a Service Advisor Trainee, you'll learn how to guide customers through their vehicle service experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and capture vehicle information Listen to customer concerns and service needs Schedule service appointments and arrange loaner vehicles Prepare clear and accurate service estimates Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed Review completed work and explain invoices Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience What You Bring
