Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Manage daily sales floor operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional plans. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure product availability. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or motorsports retail. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
