Total annual earnings target of $60k-$85k depending on performance. Guaranteed training pay during the first 60 days. Role Summary

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound communications, respond to online leads, and set quality appointments for our sales team. If you're energetic, organized, and love talking to people, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment. Those with experience in call centers and customer service are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads Schedule appointments and confirm customer visits Follow up with customers using CRM tools Maintain accurate customer records and notes Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals Qualifications
