Job Responsibilities:

Expand company market share within the industry through increased sales.\nStrategic planning to achieve company sales goals of key products.\nDevelop/maintain customer relationships with both end-user and authorized distribution.\nUpdate CRM software database with customer information.\nPresent new product information and corporate initiatives to sales channels.\nIdentify customer tooling needs and make appropriate recommendations to improve manufacturing processes.\nManufacturing is a fast-paced work environment and requires customer follow-up in a timely manner.\nProvide test data and market analysis to internal engineering and product development teams.\nSome overnight travel is required.

Qualifications:

Experience working in a CNC environment\nProgramming\nEngineering\nProduct Design\nRequires a highly self-motivated individual with a working knowledge of the metal-cutting industry.\nIdeal candidate should live within the area of responsibility for this position.\nPrevious experience as a metal cutting sales person is preferred but not required.\nHigh aptitude for time management and organizational skills\nExceptional competency in CNC machining\nAbility to form new customer relationships\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nPositive attitude\nTeam player willing to support the improvement of their territory.

Education:

High School Diploma required\n4 year degree in engineering or a technical field is preferred
