Territory Sales Manager
Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the Central region, which includes Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. This role focuses on account development, territory planning, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver sales objectives. While the Territory Sales Manager does not have direct reports, they act as a key influencer and collaborator, working closely with internal teams, channel partners, and customers to achieve business goals. This position reports to the Regional Sales Director (Central) and is based in the region, primarily in Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis or Milwaukee. As a Territory Sales Manager (Central), you will have the opportunity to: Territory & Revenue Travel throughout the region to call on golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, academies, colleges, and partners Serve as a regional liaison between sales, marketing, operations, other regional sales and leadership teams Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools. Analyze regional market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. You have: 5+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles Comfortable with frequent regional travel, including overnight stays Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools Pay Range: Annual Salary: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 Revelyst is an equal opportunity employer.
