Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites for K-12 and Higher Education projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all project sites. Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns promptly. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of work. Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Prepare and submit progress reports to project management and stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site challenges effectively and efficiently.
