Sr. Inside Sales Specialist

Curtiss-Wright is in search of a Sr. Inside Sales Specialist to support our Actuation Division. As a Sr. Inside Sales Specialist, you will serve as a representative dealing with internal and external customers on day-to-day business matters. You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-valued customers, understanding their business needs and provides tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. You may be responsible for assisting in special projects as needed. Location: Chanhassen, MN Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 + bonus opportunity Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Minnesota. Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and research, while maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients. Prepares and presents detailed sales proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value of our offerings. Monitors and analyzes sales metrics, providing insight and recommendations to enhance team performance and optimize processes. Supports business unit's external sales staff, providing commercial assistance, and coordinating sales activities between the external sales staff and division personnel. Provides input to the internal sales staff on leads, RFQ, and proposals. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred, not required. 3+ years' experience in a similar role. Experience in industrial automation sales preferred. Experience in inside sales or account management, with a proven record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with strong analytical skills to assess data and inform strategy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Must be a U.S. Person.
