As the Internet Sales Manager, you will ensure that customers experience The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car by overseeing and developing the sales staff. You'll manage high-volume online automotive sales, convert digital leads into completed deals, work with lenders, and drive performance across the sales operation. This role requires proven experience in the automotive internet sales environment and the ability to perform with little to no training using HoneyCar's simple process, transparent pricing, and strong inventory. Proven Automotive Sales Management or Finance Management Experience is Required Proven Internet Sales Experience in the automotive industry is Required Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills Be a great communicator with customers and team members Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic Available to work flexible hours and weekends Entrepreneurial and ambitious spirit Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record and valid driver's license High School Diploma or equivalent, required Compensation
Competitive commission-based plus salary compensation Estimated annual earnings: $80,000 - $180,000 based on performance Schedule
