Competitive Sales Associate positions in a family environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, helping prospective customers by: Confirming and following up on appointments Their visit to the dealership lot and/or showroom Vehicle selection Delivering a professional demonstration of new/used vehicles Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales Sales Associates should be money motivated, goal oriented, with a highly competitive nature. We offer two pay plans to choose from: Industry leading commission pay plan Paid sick days Paid vacation Health/ Dental insurance Life Insurance Long-Term and Short-Term disability 401K Qualifications: Must be bold, articulate, and have a great sense of humor. Strong oral communications skills with the ability to build customer interest in our product. Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required. High energy, enthusiastic and money motivated. Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others while upholding company values. Self starter that exhibits objectivity and creativity. Shows ability to work alone but come together as a team in order to achieve goals.
