Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates Re-engage missed and no-show customers Contact customers regarding current marketing incentives Provide product information and highlight key features Maintain organized follow-up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Qualifications
