Company offers HVAC filters and v-belts to Mechanical Contractors, Schools, Universities, Hospitals and large commercial buildings across the Southeast. Our has a people first mindset knowing that an incredibly strong team leads to happy and loyal customers Purpose of role: To maximize new business growth to large commercial buildings with an in-house maintenance team. This is an exciting role that would give the opportunity to go onsite at facilities such as airports, stadiums and skyscrapers! We are looking for a highly motivated person who will find and develop new customers. Core Responsibilities: Prospecting and developing new business Utilizing the phone as the #1 tool Making in person visits for high value appointments (Southeast geographic area) Utilizing Salesforce CRM to keep track of sales activities Developing strategy to win large Key Accounts Managing pipeline Follow up calls on deals in pipeline Effectively delegate tasks to Customer Service team Qualifications and skills: Sales/Business Development Experience, 3+ years preferred Client-focused solutions mindset
proven track record working with customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships Experience making outbound calls to prospects Ability to work in a dynamic business environment, organize, prioritize, and complete tasks at own initiative with minimal supervision CRM experience preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills People-oriented Effective organizational skills Proactive in problem solving Excellent time management skills Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
