$44.88 per hour (Job Type: Full-Time) Most employees start between $28.43-$36.66/hour. The higher end of the range, $44.88, is reserved for candidates with exceptional experience or qualifications. What You'll Do Answer customer calls and emails. Build and maintain client relationships. Prepare quotes and process orders. Track shipments and update CRM records. Work with the sales team to hit goals. What We're Looking For 23 years of inside sales experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
