We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers in our new Garden Center! Previous retail, gardening, or nursery experience is preferred. This is a part-time, seasonal position. Lawrence Ace Hardware is locally owned and operated, so helping our community is our number one priority. What to expect: You'll work directly with customers welcoming them, answering questions, and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip. This position will spend a great deal of time outside during Spring and early Summer. You will help maintain live goods (plants). You'll be on your feet for most of your shift (3 to 8 hours). You will be cross-trained to work in the main store You must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
