Berglund Outdoors Berglund Outdoors is seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our sales operation focused on all-terrain vehicles, side-by-sides, and outdoor recreation products. This role is ideal for a sales leader with experience in ATVs, campers, RVs, or similar lifestyle-based retail environments who understands how to balance team leadership, customer experience, and performance results. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve volume, margin, and customer satisfaction goals. Manage the full sales process from customer engagement to deal close. Set daily and monthly sales objectives and track performance consistently. Work closely with inventory, marketing, and operations to ensure the right mix of products on the floor. Maintain strong product knowledge across ATVs and Utility Vehicles, and related outdoor vehicles. Ensure a professional, energetic showroom experience that reflects the Berglund brand. Train the team on effective selling techniques, follow-up, and relationship-building. What Success Looks Like (Performance Metrics)
Consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Strong gross profit performance while maintaining competitive pricing. High levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Engaged, accountable sales team with low turnover. Accurate reporting and forecasting of sales performance. What We're Looking For
Previous sales management or senior sales experience Background in ATVs, powersports, campers, RVs, boats, or similar recreational products preferred Proven ability to lead by example and close deals Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills Results-driven mindset with a customer-first approach Valid driver's license and flexibility to work weekends as needed Why Berglund?
