In this role, you aren't just "dealing cards"you are the conductor of an entertaining and professional gaming symphony. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel both challenged and valued. Your sharp eye will ensure every hand is dealt fairly, every pot is calculated accurately, and every rule is followed to the letter. Operating under the bright lights of our gaming floor, you'll manage chip exchanges, maintain game security, and represent the gold standard of guest service. If you have the "poker face" for professionalism but the heart for hospitality, we want to see you at our table. Responsibilities

Deliver the Action: Provide prompt, accurate, and professional dealing of various poker games, ensuring a smooth and efficient game flow. Protect the Game: Maintain constant vigilance over card decks and game security, strictly adhering to established rules and procedures. Financial Accuracy: Facilitate the exchange of guest currency for gaming chips and manage all payouts with 100% precision. Guest Ambassadorship: Offer elite-level service by assisting guests with game rules, answering questions, and maintaining a courteous, upbeat demeanor. Asset Management: Ensure the total security and accountability of all chips and currency entrusted to your table during your shift. Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and floor supervisors to maintain a high-standard gaming environment. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a gaming or high-volume service environment. Successful completion of the CNE Gaming Academy training. The "Pro" Touch: Ability to maintain a high standard of guest service while working in a loud, high-energy environment. Math Minded: Strong mental arithmetic skills for quick and accurate pot calculations and chip exchanges. Compliance: Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing from the appropriate gaming authorities. Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license. Agility: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, with occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs), reaching, and handling of gaming equipment. Resilience: Comfortable working in a climate-controlled environment that includes frequent exposure to smoke and loud noise. About Us
