Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join us as a

Senior Graphic & Digital Designer, Motto . Motto clear aligners straighten teeth in as little as 6-months for half the price of Invisalign. Treatment is supervised in person by an Aspen Dental doctor.

Responsible for the design, development and production of marketing & campaign materials including web, email/CRM, social, display, national and regional advertising, and other collateral elements. Understanding of digital tools and expertise in Figma essential. Work closely with internal departments and key vendors in developing design standards for the company. Take corporate identity elements and incorporate them across all materials for a consistent brand experience. Collaborate with internal creative team to concept and develop marketing campaigns and style guides/design systems and socialize the strategic direction with other internal and agency partners. Bring an appreciation for intuitive and usable interfaces and have a "mobile-first" mentality. Solid skills in digital art direction, an excellent eye for typography, clean layout, purposeful color, UI and attention to detail are a must. Must be proficient in digital production techniques. Must be able to prioritize and handle work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Design : Design and production for a range of marketing and/or content materials. Develop appropriate design solutions within our campaign thematic and brand guidelines for the primary purpose of effectively selling services, related brand messages, or educating our customers in an engaging way. Ensure that each assigned project meets all production specifications and is delivered on time. Employ appropriate digital techniques as required including animation, video, micro-interactions, etc.

Concepting : In partnership with other creative team members, concept and develop new integrated marketing solutions for internal and external audiences. Focus on thematic brand approach, visual and voice standards, activation ideas and tactical promotion to fully realize

breakthrough creative that supports the brand vision, drives engagement, and stands out from the clutter. Assist in the creation of the final style guides to be shared with internal and external partners.

Execution:

Responsible for producing accurate and complete work including versioning for various review sessions. Execute proof corrections within the time frame dictated by the schedule. Prep and release files. Execute iterative creative assets for workflows in a test & learn environment. Accurately tag and upload work into proper tools including the DAM. Handle hand-off to DEV partners for all Website work.

Responsible for the selection and editing of photographic assets, following agreed upon design direction and photo retouching. Edit some video, create gifs and other digital assets. Create infographics and other engaging content to help explain our processes, story and advance our nurture streams in engaging, disruptive ways. Drive open rates and clicks.

Craftsmanship:

Must be a student of their craft and strive to stay up to date on the latest production techniques and creative designs being used in the retail industry, healthcare and in digital channels. In addition, research related subject matter to ensure visual and voice authenticity in creative. Must have an eye for typography and photo art direction.

Additional Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in art/graphic design, Marketing, Communications or related field. 6-12 years' experience.

Must have a proven track record delivering creative solutions from concept through final execution.

Must have a strong, digitally focused portfolio.

Figma expert. Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing and photo retouching/manipulation experience.

Partner cross-functionally, flexibility, ability to handle change in a fast-paced environment, self-starter/proactive, prioritization, problem solving/trouble shooting

Role reports to Creative Director

Salary starting at $110,000 + DOE
