As an Associate Director, you will lead projects from initial conception through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Managing project teams and maintaining strong client relationships. Developing and overseeing work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Delivering high-quality, client-ready work products. Leading team meetings and mentoring consultants, while providing constructive feedback. Collaborating with higher-level directors to ensure project progress and addressing significant developments. What You Will Need: BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field; advanced degree/PhD preferred. Minimum of 6+ years of relevant consulting experience with large global pharmaceutical, mid-sized pharma, and/or biotech clients. Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically drug development and product launches. Ability to analyze intricate information, identify critical issues, and formulate effective strategies. Experience advising brand leaders and business unit leaders to enhance portfolio and commercialization strategies. Knowledge of market sizing, healthcare provider segmentation, patient journeys, forecasting, brand strategy, commercial model design, and budget planning. Familiarity with key Pharmaceutical datasets such as CMS, EvaluatePharma, IQVIA/Symphony/Komodo claims, and Veeva activity data. Ability to work independently while effectively managing project components and mentoring junior team members. Exceptional communication skills to present strategic recommendations to various stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and Access. 5+ years leading project engagements, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. 3+ years of managing team performance to meet project objectives effectively. Willingness to travel to client sites, averaging up to 30% of the time. Proven ability to supervise, coach, and guide junior staff in their career development. Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship. What Would Be Nice To Have: A proven track record of managing team performance to exceed project goals. A collaborative approach and strong team player mentality. Exceptional client management skills with experience in expanding client relationships. Experience working with senior leadership on pursuing additional business opportunities. The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions will depend on various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
