This position is a hybrid-based role located near our Santa Ana, CA hub.
How you will contribute
As an Account Manager on oursales team, you will be responsible for building business relationships with current customersandworking with themtouncover opportunities on how Asure's portfolio of solutions can assist them in developing workplaces for today's workforce-and the workforce of the future. You will have experience prospecting, developing client opportunity profiles to generate sales engagements. These engagements will require you to complete discovery calls, partnering with internal Subject Matter Experts and additional sales resources to close new business.
Profile clients and key contact points. Establish Client Opportunity Profile toidentifyneeds and buying cycle. Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts withinclients. Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' short- and long-termneeds. Identifyopportunities within client accounts to enhance the scope of the Asuresolution. Deliver high impact presentations designed to highlightadditionalvalue toclients. Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and/or account managers to properly address client and position Asure solutions. Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrate Asure solutions to win new businessopportunities. Formulate and present proposals to depict that outline the value of the proposed Asuresolutions. Execute sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure andclients. Maintain and manage client group and sales funnel of new opportunities toreachor exceed assignedgoals. Leverage Salesforce.com to manage and reportresults. Track transactionsinSalesforce.com and report information to management. Conduct on-site visits / account reviews for local clients, if applicable. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalentexperience. Experience selling a SaaS solutionpreferred. Experience selling HCM, HR Software solutionspreferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing multiple engagementseffectively. Proven relationship building and client serviceskills. Strong organizational and follow upskills. Proactive, results oriented, and team-oriented approach tosales. Experience withSalesforce.com, Microsoft Teams,Salesloftand other virtual selling tools. Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail. Track record of consistent overachievement towards assigned goals. Compensation
The base hourly range for this position is $29.00 - $31.25, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
