The Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for employee benefits and data-driven solutions? As an Employee Benefits Marketing Analyst at M3, you'll be at the forefront of delivering competitive and comprehensive benefit solutions for our clients. This role offers an exciting blend of marketing coordination, proposal analysis, and carrier relationship management, making it an ideal opportunity for analytical individuals looking to make a significant impact in our growing Employee Benefits Division. How You Will Make an Impact Coordinate the marketing process for employee benefits lines of coverage, including life, disability, vision, dental, and voluntary benefits. Prepare and distribute Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to carrier partners and track responses to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Analyze proposals and compile results into comparative spreadsheets, identifying key differences in coverage, pricing, and plan design. Leverage advanced marketing platforms, including AI-driven tools like ThreeFlow, to streamline processes and deliver competitive, data-informed benefit solutions. Utilize our agency management system (Epic) to manage data, proposals, and documentation with accuracy and completeness. Work closely with internal teams, including account management and sales, to ensure alignment on client needs and marketing strategies. Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to facilitate smooth communication and negotiations. Present findings in clear and organized formats for internal teams and client presentations. What You Will Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in insurance marketing, employee benefits, or a related field. Life, Accident and Health insurance license preferred or willing to obtain upon hire. Demonstrated expertise and strong understanding of life, disability, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits products. Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working in multiple systems including agency management and marketing platforms.
