This pivotal role aims to enhance the adoption of our offerings in the institutional and DeFi sectors, transforming product-market fit into sustainable, recurring revenue streams. As the spearhead of our Go-To-Market strategy, you will play a key role in amplifying our revenue generation through enterprise sales, establishing strategic partnerships, and nurturing a robust global ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Identify and define ideal customer profiles while establishing quarterly OKRs and revenue targets. Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate commercial contracts and develop compelling product narratives. Build and enhance the infrastructure necessary for growth and team development. The ideal candidate will possess: 7-12+ years of experience in B2B growth, sales, or business development within crypto infrastructure, fintech, capital markets tech, or B2B SaaS targeting financial institutions. A proven history of securing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements. Strong expertise in scaling Go-To-Market strategies. A compelling executive presence and commercial fluency, enabling effective discussions with C-suite executives and legal teams. Additionally, a comprehensive knowledge of the industry, particularly in areas such as stablecoins, tokenized funds, custody, KYC/AML, and on/off-ramps, is essential. You should excel at translating technical insights into tangible business results that resonate with important stakeholders.
