HR Manager

Role summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for the most important aspect of our organization - our people. This individual will be key in the advocacy and day-to-day interaction and communication between the organization and employees, along with ensuring compliance, employee retention and productivity.

The role will be onsite in our beautiful office space in El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities: Promote and foster and employee culture and employment policies to promote a high collaboration and performance culture Partner with leadership to develop, implement and communicate organization's changes, strategies, initiatives and policies aligning with the overall business strategy. Implement HR processes and new technology such as Payroll systems and HRIS. Manage benefit administration and third-party vendor communication. Analyze industry compensation and benefit trends to ensure the organization stays competitive in the market. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, UI claims, employee's performance management, annual reviews, compensation reviews, investigations and terminations. Liaise with Employment Council for any related issues. Upkeep compliance with current employment laws, policies and regulations in alignment with recommending HR best practices. Manage, coordinate and refine our onboarding / offboarding process across different teams. Collaborate with internal team to create learning and development programs. Coordinate reporting compliance for DOL, ACA and other regulatory requirements. Review special sick and leave requests to advise of appropriate actions. Coordinate with clients and offsite personnel on any ongoing employee relations issues. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree along with 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources. Extensive knowledge of HR trends, employee relations best practices, regulatory changes, labor and employment law. Additional Success Factors:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to efficiently problem-solve and handle sensitive information. Strong technology skills with experience using various HR software programs. Our Benefits:

Century Group offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary and an incentive plan with unlimited earning potential. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000/year Strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision within 30-days of employment. Company matching 401(k) plan, Life Insurance, Parental Leave Benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO) for Exempt and Non-Exempt employees respectively, and 10 paid holidays.
