KPMG seeks an Associate Director of Oracle Applications to become a vital part of our Digital Nexus technology organization in a hybrid work setting. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the strategic direction for Oracle FCCS and EPM applications. Lead initiatives focused on successful program execution, team engagement, and ongoing enhancements. Manage the design and implementation of seamless integrations between various Oracle functional modules. Communicate the business advantages of the Oracle platform to stakeholders and oversee initiative requests. Improve delivery performance and cost efficiency through optimal resource allocation, automation, and process improvements. Collaborate with delivery partners and department heads to establish tactical plans, managing strategic goals, budgets, and potential risks. Maintain integrity, professionalism, and a personal sense of responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and attentive workspace. Qualifications: At least eight years of recent experience with Oracle FCCS/EPM solutions, emphasizing financial close and consolidation. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required; relevant Oracle certifications are highly favored. A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles, with a preference for experience in professional services. Hands-on expertise in the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud applications. Experience across various Oracle EPM modules (Planning, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS) including knowledge of integration tools (EPM Automate, Data Management, FDMEE) and reporting tools (Smart View, Narrative Reporting). Demonstrable capability in leading complex technology projects, effectively managing stakeholders, teams, and timelines; exhibiting strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
