About the Role:

Director of Highway Services
to lead our Transportation practice. You will play a critical role in shaping our regional operations and driving our business development strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement growth strategies for highway services, foster relationships with clients like DOTs and municipalities, and lead business development efforts. Operational Management:
Set revenue and profitability targets, oversee financial performance, resource allocations, and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards. Team Development:
Mentor and develop staff, drive technical capabilities, and oversee project management excellence. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required; multi-state licensure is a plus.
