Job Description Summary Join our team as a Supplier Relationship Manager, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring hardware order fulfillment for future demand while leading supplier engagement for our key suppliers. Your responsibilities will include executing long-term agreement (LTA) action plans, negotiating non-LTA agreements, and managing the day-to-day resolution of supplier issues regarding current orders. This role also emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with the Procurement Operations Center and various internal teams to drive timely and effective procurement activities. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Oversee supplier selection processes, proposals, quotes, negotiations, and contract authoring for parts not covered by long-term agreements.

Be accountable for strategic decision-making to ensure the health of supplier orders for your assigned accounts.

Collaborate with the supplier team and procurement operations to ensure compliance with all requirements for sourcing and procurement activities.

Manage incoming supplier inquiries, issues, and requests for your assigned accounts effectively and promptly.

Lead projects related to part procurement and any technical changes requiring supplier collaboration.

Maintain market awareness and develop a deep understanding of key business drivers to enhance supplier selection.

Contribute to the ideation of contractual solutions that optimize contract performance and total cost of ownership.

Utilize your technical expertise and collaborative mindset to solve complex problems.

Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced colleagues by providing coaching and training.

Clearly communicate performance expectations and effectively manage sensitive issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 3 years of sourcing, procurement, or buying experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

The annual base pay for this role ranges from $100,000.00 to $133,000.00, with the potential for additional annual bonuses. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and skill set. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company performance.
