American Senior Communities is now hiring a Regional Human Resources Director

Primary Location:

Southeast Indiana

The

Regional Human Resources Director

works closely with the assigned area’s regional leadership to provide oversight, support, and service delivery regarding all human resources functions, including general HR support, talent management, leadership onboarding & orientation, management training, employee engagement & retention, employee relations, compensation, safety, labor management, human resources related policies and guidelines as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field.

Minimum two to three years’ experience in employee relations and human resources process management.

Must have experience working in healthcare HR services .

Must be able to travel between buildings and some overnight stays may be required.
